A lil’ tiny fact about me: sometimes I make up my own song lyrics. Song lyrics that have nothing to do with anything of topic, but does that even matter? I’ve always been an advocate of doing whatever makes you happy. Even if whatever makes you happy also makes you appear silly. And if doing that thing that makes you happy also ends up making your friends and random strangers smile, well then… HIGH-FIVE to you!!

The other day, I came to a conclusion. One I think is a rather small decision for us, but for you I’m hoping will be a H U G E HOORAY! Starting today and for the rest of summer, JessBecause says to you…..

Why have we decided to offer perma free {summer} shipping for all you lovely individuals? It’s simple really. It’s summer and it’s hot! You want to stay inside where it’s cool. We totally get it! See, I told you it was a simple explanation!

I’ve got a new obsession: upcycled suitcases turned pet beds made especially for that furry, four-pawed king or queen of the house! Seriously how cute are these?! I’m obsessed. The Etsy shop, Vintage Renaissance also has other great vintage pieces for the home. As I type, I’m thinking to myself: their shop should be considered a competitor for JessBecause! Even though we haven’t listed our vintage goodies yet, we’ve got them! Hiding around our studio as if they were Christmas gifts from Santa! Oh well, what can I say? When it comes to the animals, I’m a sucker for spreading the love!
