Here at JessBecause, we strive to make our customers happy! If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll figure out what will make you smile!

Please understand that most items are offered in limited quantities. When an item featured in our shop is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us via email, hello@jessbecause.com.

All sales are final {unless damaged during shipping}. We describe all items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible. If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to provide our customers with an exchange of merchandise, but we are not responsible for shipping costs on returned purchases.

It’s an official JessBecause policy to always provide our online customers the same prices as our face-to-face customers. However, orders placed through our online shop will incur USPS shipping charges. Please know, we will always ship your package the fastest and least expensive route. If you wish to have your package shipped a certain method, please just let us know. We are happy to accommodate!

If you’re located in the San Diego area and would like to save on shipping, please contact us regarding pickup options. Shipping costs will be returned via PayPal or in person when you pick up your purchase.

All items are shipped within 7 days of received payment. If a delay with your order arises, you will be notified via email within 72 hours. If your item is damaged in shipping, please notify JessBecause within 48 hours of delivery.

A sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within California. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to addresses outside of California.

Due to computer monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
